The simplest model from BOST, DW38CNC-2A-1S, features automatic error detection and fault diagnosis functions, with real-time display on the screen to help operators quickly troubleshoot issues. All processing materials are input via the touchscreen. Each bending step can be individually compensated for different material types with adjustable parameters such as compensation values and speed.


Each bend on the same pipe can be programmed with up to 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments, significantly improving operator efficiency and reducing critical interference. The machine is equipped with an independent computer host capable of reading and recognizing design drawings.

The bending and corner feeding are driven by servo motors, offering high precision and efficiency. This model is especially suited for processing pipe parts with complex spatial angles and high accuracy requirements.

The feeding axis, corner axis, and pipe bending axis of the CNC pipe bending machine are driven by Japanese Mitsubishi servo motors with precision planetary reducers, which have the characteristics of fast speed, high precision, and good stability. The hardware is based on industrial computers, and the board input and output interfaces based on international standard interfaces control the servo motors, solenoid valves and other actuators of the machine tool; the independently developed CNC pipe bending machine control system is developed based on the Windows 7 operating system platform. The whole machine is powerful, simple to operate, and easy to upgrade. The mechanical structure is reasonably designed, sturdy and durable, and it is a high-precision and high-reliability model. 


The system composition and main functional features of the control system are as follows:

1: The control system is based on an industrial-grade computer host and uses a genuine Windows 7 operating system;

2: The standard configuration uses a 15-inch LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1024x768;

3: It adopts an open control architecture to facilitate system upgrades and supports remote software upgrades;

4: It provides o input modes: drawing coordinate input and direct programming; the flexible and easy-to-use programming method greatly improves the efficiency of programming, and the operator can independently perform programming and modification operations after simple training. The storage function is powerful and can expand the storage space at any time according to customer requirements, up to millions of processing programs, and can support up to 100 bends per workpiece.

5:Interference avoidance motion control lines can be inserted in the processing program line without manual calculation. The computer can automatically adjust the subsequent processing data, which is more intelligent than the products of the same industry; the speed of each axis in each line of the processing program can be adjusted separately, and the action of each axis with other axes can be independently programmed, so that customers can easily avoid interference when processing special products and make the machine tool achieve the highest efficiency

6: It has the function of automatically calculating the starting position of the  bend; the user only needs to provide the total length of the raw material and the length of the first section, and the computer will automatically calculate the accurate starting position of the bend, without manual calculation and measurement.

7: The waiting position of the trolley can be flexibly set, which is convenient for users to choose to load materials. It can stop at the starting position of the bend or move forward to the interference position to receive materials, reducing the labor intensity of workers.

8: The independently developed 3D simulation operation function can realize direct simulation processing after programming. During the simulation process, it can realize collision warning, programming error warning and processing time calculation.

9: The system has its own diagnostic function, and the alarm prompt information is comprehensive and detailed, which can be used by maintenance personnel to quickly find the cause of the alarm. The system can also access the Internet for remote assistance and remote diagnosis;
