BOST always adheres to a market-oriented and customer-centric approach, focusing on the sheet metal processing field. We continuously innovate to provide customers with top-quality machines and solutions. Guided by the principle of “Manufacturing the best machines, delivering better service,” BOST has gained many new customers while firmly retaining long-term clients.
Our high-quality machines and excellent after-sales service have earned us many loyal customers. For example, a Canadian client company, which collaborates extensively with government projects, has seen steadily increasing orders as their economy grows. In 2019, after understanding their needs, we supplied them with the 160T3200 DA66T press brake.
This 160T3200 DA66T with 6+1 axes integrates advanced modern technology, offering easier operation and improved productivity. Featuring an infrared touch screen user interface, it provides quick navigation keys for product programming and machine setup, significantly reducing operation time. The DA66T supports 2D product programming, automatic bend sequence calculation, and collision detection. Its 3D multi-station mold display simulates realistic machine bending operations in real time. Optimized algorithms shorten cycle times and enhance overall machine efficiency while making adjustments and control easier.

All bending molds are quenched and precision-ground to very tight tolerances at critical points, ensuring the best bending quality. Using high-precision molds eliminates the need for secondary corrections, lowering processing costs. Additionally, heat-treated molds maintain long-lasting high accuracy and standardization.
After one month of manufacturing and 30 days of shipping, the machine arrived at the client’s factory and was smoothly put into production with our remote guidance. Both production efficiency and finished product quality improved significantly.
Because BOST maintains long-term communication with customers, when this client recently raised new needs, our experienced team quickly recognized the requirement for a tandem (split) machine. After discussion, we provided the 2-200T3200 DA53TX 4+1 axis system. The client also purchased a 20,000W laser cutting machine and a W12-50x3000 plate rolling machine.

Repeat purchases from long-term clients are the highest form of recognition for BOST. Providing suitable machines and quality service is the philosophy BOST has upheld from the beginning.
Located in the historic city of Nanjing, BOST employs over 30% mechanical engineers dedicated to R&D, production, and sales. Guided by the spirit of “Integrity, Cooperation, Pragmatism, and Innovation,” we strive forward and look forward to working with friends from all walks of life to create a brilliant future.

Hydraulic tubing bending standards and regulations
A Pipe Bending Machine helps factories make accurate bends in metal tubes and pipes without crushing the material. In many jobs, it is not enough to “just bend a pipe.” The bend angle, roundness, wall thickness, and repeatability all matter. That is why more buyers now search for a pipe bending machine for hydraulic tubing, a hydraulic pipe bending machine, or a pipe bending machine for steel

How to bend hydraulic tubing without kinks
If you need to bend hydraulic tubing without kinks, the key is controlling bend radius, support, and material stress before the tube ever moves. In real shop work, most failures come from trying to “force” a tight bend by hand, using the wrong pipe bending machine, or ignoring wall thickness and minimum bend radius. This guide explains the full process, from choosing the right hydraulic tube
